The Quadrant – Progress Update 🚧

The structure is up. The vision is taking shape.

Framing ✔️
Plumbing ✔️

We’re holding on electrical—waiting on fire sprinkler submission and install to keep everything tight, coordinated, and built the right way.

No shortcuts. No backtracking. Just intentional building.

Every detail planned long before the finishes go in.

Lockheed Project Update 🏗️

We’ve officially hit one of the most exciting milestones on this build—cabinets and countertops are in.

This is where the house really starts to come to life.

You can now see the vision taking shape with clean lines, intentional design, and materials that bring both warmth and contrast. The cabinetry layout is dialed for functionality, while the countertops elevate the entire space with a timeless, high-end feel.

At this stage, we’re focused on:
• Fine-tuning finish details
• Trim, paint, and fixture coordination
• Bringing everything together with precision

This is the turning point where a jobsite starts feeling like a home—and the details are what separate a standard build from a Timeless one.

We’re getting close now. Stay with us through the final phases

This year marks a defining chapter for Timeless Building Group.

We are just 3–4 months away from delivering two of our largest spec homes to date—projects that represent the scale, detail, and vision we’ve been building toward.

Kicking off the year, we’ll be breaking ground on two new custom homes in late March and early April, while actively allocating land for three additional custom builds that will follow.

In parallel, we’re preparing to launch another spec home in West Dallas, projected in the mid-$800s. This project will introduce a new design concept that reflects the continued evolution of our architectural direction.

This year is about momentum, ex*****on, and building homes designed to stand the test of time.

Stay tuned as these projects come to life.

We’re excited to announce our next custom home build in Dallas—and this one is set on a truly special property.

Tucked away on a private cul-de-sac, this home sits on an oversized lot that offers rare privacy and flexibility for both architecture and outdoor living. The expanded site allowed us to be very intentional with the layout—maximizing usable yard space, preserving strong curb appeal, and maintaining proper setbacks without compromising the home’s presence on the street.

From a design standpoint, the home will feature a Transitional architectural style, blending clean, tailored lines with warm, timeless materials. Expect soft neutral masonry, refined trim profiles, black window accents, and subtle natural textures that bridge classic and modern—without feeling trendy.

It’s the perfect pairing of a standout lot and a timeless design approach
