October is ESOP Month, and at Midwestern Mechanical, we’re proud to be 100% employee-owned. It’s a chance to celebrate what employee ownership means to us and the people who make MWM what it is.
Being employee-owned means our people have a stake in the success of MWM. It means taking pride in our work, looking out for our customers and coworkers, making smart decisions and treating the company like it’s ours - because it is.
