Started as a reface and turned into a rebuild. Per usual on these older built decks. Joists rot out over time that’s why we tape them when installing composite. No sense in installing 20 year decking if your joists will fail in 10 years. If you need professionals give AXIOM construction a call! 928 713 9259

Almost every time I get called for a deck reface 60-90% of the joists are toast. It’s nearly impossible to tell what the damage is until the deck boards are removed.

Haven’t gotten many decks this season we’re looking forward to installing this composite system!
