We are going live tomorrow (for sale) with a project we have been quietly working on for the past year. 60 units in a prime location renovated and well appointed.

SOLD our 10 unit apartment building today. This is the Highest price per unit sold in the history of STL. A testament to doing high quality work and providing tenants with high end finishes. This project was the original commercial space for Katie's pizza and we converted it into a 10 unit apartment building with indoor parking over 18 months. 30k sq feet transformed. A two story addition with screened in porch we finished a few years ago. Our clients wanted a larger open floor plan with kitchen and hearth room and a reconfigured second floor with a laundry and bigger/better primary bedroom and bath. A future elevator shaft was constructed for future use and a wonderful screened in porch with a fire place. Matched brick work, bracketing and eve details. Scroll to see progress photos.

Somethings we've been up to lately.

02/26/2026

Officially closed today. Big plans for the restoration of this 3 family building. Amazing and unique architecture what we want to restore and enhance. Restoration which will include a new tile roof, copper guttering, landscaping, major exterior rework, interior improvements.

12/05/2025

Originally a formal living room the space was reimagined into the family formal dinning room. Building decorative beams and expanding the fireplace all the way to the ceiling enhanced the two story space dramatically. We are very pleased with how the space turned out. Scroll for progress pictures.

This Thanksgiving I want to reflect on being thankful for Work. It is a great privilege for us to be able to work and do the things we are gifted at. We are thankful for our clients who give us the opportunity to use our gift's and talents. And lastly I am thankful for all of our team who work extremely hard to bring the various concepts and visions into reality. We all love what we do and are Thankful to be able to Work.
