We love it when community members reach out with a heart to serve. Ryan from Norton Construction LLC sent us a message asking if he could build a blessing box for our network. During the process, he and his beautiful wife decided to place the box right at their business!

A bit late, but here are some pictures of the process after the frozen pipe disaster. Re-insulated, re-drywalled, then a couple coats of paint, some trim replaced --> back to it's former glory.

Frozen pipe -> moisture readings taken below
Removed all wet drywall and insulation
Nothing but the stud wall could be salvaged
Ran huge dehumidifier/air movers for about a week
Re-installed fresh insulation and drywall
Mud/Tape/texture to be re-done.

Frozen pipes can cause a LOT of damage in a little amount of time..
Best to catch it quick and call:

Sometimes you open up walls and everything is as you expect it to be.
Other times, you find 20 years of water damage and crumbling framing & you have to rebuild.
Customer picked out Maax faux tile surround for shower & base. Easy to install and looks good too!
Up next - drywall mud! Giddy up!

Another gross carpeted bathroom gutted.
Plumbing and electrical re-done.
Fresh waterproofing & Fresh Drywall.
Next step - mud/tape/sand --> paint.
Then, on to tile and finishing!
