The East Region REAL Trades group provides a confidential, peer-supported environment where employees can come together, share experiences, and learn from one another in a judgment-free setting.

Open to all personnel, REAL Trades meets on the third Thursday of each month, with participants excused from work for the hour to attend. Built on trust, respect, and shared experiences, the program offers a space for open conversation and connection.

The connections we build with one another are just as important as the infrastructure we build every day.

September 11, 2001, forever changed our nation.

Today, we remember the lives lost, honor the first responders who answered the call, and recognize the countless men and women who stepped forward in the days, months, and years that followed to help our communities recover and rebuild.

Their courage, service, and resilience are reminders of what can be accomplished when people come together in the face of unimaginable hardship.

Twenty-five years later, we carry their memory with us and honor a legacy of strength, unity, and service.

We will never forget.
