Every time your furnace kicks on this fall, air is moving through ductwork that may have been in your home for decades.
And older duct systems can develop problems over time: accumulated debris, damaged sections, leaking seals and moisture issues. When those problems go unnoticed, they can affect system performance and the condition of the air moving through your home.
Patching an aging duct system isn't always the best long-term answer.
A ductless mini-split eliminates the need for traditional ductwork altogether. Refrigerant lines run through a small wall pe*******on, so installation typically requires far less disruption than adding an entirely new duct network.
For older Missouri homes without existing ductwork, ductless can be one of the cleanest and least invasive retrofit options.
We've been serving local homeowners since 1957, and we've seen plenty of older HVAC systems along the way.
