🏗️ SCOUTS OF AMERICA PROJECT UPDATE! 🏗️

Another week of progress on our general contracting project in Athens, TX, and this one is really starting to come together!

We’ve hit some exciting milestones as we continue moving closer to the finish line! 💪

✅ Roofing is officially complete!
✅ Exterior stone wainscoting is nearly wrapped up!
✅ Interior wainscoting is making great progress!
✅ Tongue-and-groove wood ceilings are complete!
✅ Ceiling grids are installed and ready for the next phase!

It’s exciting to see all the different elements of this project coming together. From the exterior stonework and metal roofing to the detailed interior finishes, every step brings us closer to delivering a beautiful facility that will serve the Scouts of America for years to come.

A huge thank you to our incredible team of subcontractors and project managers who continue to work together to keep this project on schedule and moving forward!

When it comes to commercial roofing, what you see on the surface doesn’t always tell the whole story.

By taking a core sample, we’re able to see exactly what’s underneath the existing roofing system, including the number of layers, insulation types, and overall roof assembly.

🏗️ Another update on our Scouts project in Athens!

Things are really starting to take shape! The roof is going on, stonework has officially started, and we’re getting closer to seeing the finished exterior come together.

Within the next week, we expect the exterior of this project to be completed, and then it’s full steam ahead on the interior finishes.

It’s been awesome watching this project progress from a dirt pad to where it stands today. A huge thank you to our crews, subcontractors, and everyone involved for continuing to keep this project moving forward! 💪
