Kicked off some minor clearing and retaining wall with regrade today! Couple day project and we will have this space functional for some grandkids to enjoy some future gardening lessons!

Don't waste your time with the off the wall bids, I know how it goes personally, ive gotten bids from concrete crews same job scope that have ranged from $4000-9000 leaving me wondering what was so special to have bid the same job at $9k as the guy that bid it at $4k.

Weve worked with the Baileys for the last 5 years bringing their dreams to reailty! From retaining walls and grading, to property/pond maintenance.

Now is the best time to get that pond cleaned back out! With the dry weather this ponds losing an inch a day to evaporation so great time to get the equipment down and do some clean up! Also did some shaping and dug some honey holes for pier fishing.

Next step is a 50' bridge to the island that houses the solar and aeration station.

We pulled 350-380 yards of silt out of this pond, that last picture is about 2/3 of what we removed, later to be shuttle down to a gulley on another part of the property!

Sagging beams? Rotting post? These structures wont last forever under basic construction skills... no rot protection for post below grade? 14 years is a good go but 30 years would have been better!

We removed these old post, patched the post holes with concrete, and used structural post-to-concrete brackets to ensure this structure last a lifetime!

Ever wonder why our photos are watermarked? We have previous employees that have/are attempting to duplicate us using photos of Mack Construction Services, LLC jobs on their "business" pages.

Don't be taken by these clowns, the work can be done by anyone... the integrity? Thats something in me, something I enforce upon my company. Ive seen these same 🤡 trying to cut corners when they worked for me. Imagine what theyre doing for their "customers"

The measure of a man to portay themselves as if they could compare to me 🤣 😂
