Today, we honor the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country.

For our owner, Memorial Day carries a deeply personal meaning as he remembers two soldiers from his platoon who were lost during his deployment to Afghanistan on December 12, 2014- U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Ramon Sheldon Morris and Spc. Wyatt Joseph Martin.

Both combat engineers were assigned to 2nd Squadron, 3rd Cavalry Regiment, Fort Hood, Texas, when they were killed after their vehicle was struck by an IED.

Their sacrifice, courage, and brotherhood are never forgotten. Today, we remember them not only as soldiers, but as sons, friends, brothers, and heroes who gave their lives in service to others.

Today, and every day, we honor Sgt. 1st Class Ramon Sheldon Morris and Spc. Wyatt Joseph Martin, along with all the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

There’s something special about bringing a client’s vision to life and the buildout for Likewise Coffee was exactly that.

From the very beginning, this project was fueled by creativity, vision, and passion. Their eye for color, finish selections, and overall design aesthetic brought so much character and intention to the space, making every stage of the build both inspiring and exciting for our team. Combined with owners who are forward-thinking, driven, and deeply passionate about the future of their brand, the entire process became more than just a construction project. It was a collaboration we truly enjoyed from start to finish.

We’re proud to announce that the Likewise Coffee Roasters buildout on Old Jacksonville is complete and they are officially open! We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such incredible people throughout this project and can’t wait to watch their continued success.

Groundbreaking on W Cumberland Road!

We’re officially underway on a new office building for Ark Assurance Group. Site work is in progress, with grading and pad preparation being finalized as we prepare for the slab pour.

This phase may not be the most visible, but it’s one of the most critical. Proper dirt work and elevation set the standard for everything that follows. Precision at this stage ensures long-term performance and stability for the structure.

Over the coming weeks, the transformation will become more apparent as the building moves from site work to vertical construction. We look forward to sharing the progression as this project develops!

Construction continues to move forward on our second retail building on Old Jacksonville Highway in Tyler, TX!

The white stone façade is beginning to define the exterior as the masons prepare to transition to brick for the remainder of the façade, matching the first building next door.

Interior build-outs for Likewise Coffee Roasters and The Pilates District TX are also progressing, with each tenant space taking shape according to the client’s layout and finish selections. Every suite reflects a distinct vision, and it’s been a privilege to help bring those plans to life within one cohesive building.

We’re grateful for the team driving this project forward and the clients who have trusted us with their spaces. This building is quickly becoming a strong addition to the corridor, and we’re excited to see it fully operational in the months ahead.
