Building the future of automation! 💪

We are proud to be part of the warehouse expansion for GEBHARDT Intralogistics in Streetsboro, Ohio, serving as the glass and glazing contractor for Geis Companies.

Our team is supplying and installing both the exterior and interior glass and glazing systems for this exciting project, which will support GEBHARDT's continued innovation in automated warehouse systems, warehouse robotics, warehouse software, and material handling solutions.

The photos highlight our skilled union glaziers in action, installing the exterior window systems with the quality, precision, and safety that every project deserves.

We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with Geis Construction and contribute to another project that helps strengthen Northeast Ohio's industrial and logistics infrastructure.

Another exciting project in the books for Ritenour Group! 🏀

We're proud to be part of the team helping construct the new Cleveland Cavaliers practice facility, the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center, in Cleveland, Ohio. Working under our valued partner, Whiting Turner, our crew completed the floor leveling beneath the future basketball court using Sika Schönox pump-applied leveling material.

This process takes precision, teamwork, and plenty of hard work. Thousands of pounds of bagged material are broken open, mixed with water, and pumped into place to create the perfectly level surface needed for a world-class athletic facility. It's dusty work, and the photo says it all, our carpenters and laborers wearing the results of a day's honest effort!

A big thank you to our dedicated team for their commitment to quality and craftsmanship. We look forward to seeing this court become the training home of the Cavaliers, and maybe Lebron? 🤔

At The Ritenour Group, great craftsmanship runs in the family. 👏

We're proud to recognize Loren and Matthew, our father-and-son floorlaying team who joined us in November 2025. As union carpenters, they bring skill, dedication, and professionalism to every project they touch.

Loren's years of experience and Matthew's commitment as an apprentice make for a strong team both on and off the jobsite. Together, they consistently deliver quality work that reflects the high standards we value at The Ritenour Group.

We're grateful to have them on our team and look forward to seeing their continued success.

Another great project underway for The Ritenour Group.

We are currently completing exterior renovation work at the Mercy Lorain Medical Office Building for Mercy Health - Lorain.

Our team is removing the existing EIFS system, sheathing, and coping and replacing it with new Dryvit Outsulation Plus MD ExoAir and Outsulation Plus MD systems to enhance the building envelope and improve long-term performance.

Additional work includes:

🔹New coping supplied by The Garland Company, Inc., Inc and installed by Industrial First, Inc.
🔹Repainting exterior louvers
🔹Removal and replacement of window caulking

Big thank you to Great Northern Fence Co. for providing the temporary fencing and Fold Fab for providing the Corrugated Metal Panel from DMI.
