Hii. 👋👋👋

Yes, I am still doing furniture! Although I haven’t posted in several months, I promise my side gig is still up and thriving!

Some of you may remember me posting awhile back about removing myself from the 208 loft at Webb and moving my business in a new direction. 🚗🚗🚗

Well here it is!! ✨✨
Customs ONLY.

I have been loving challenging myself in making other peoples visions come true, and have been having fun practicing new techniques. 🎨

Can you believe the monster who painted this in the beginning was me?!
🤯🤯🤯

It’s really humbling to fix a piece you did 7 years ago. This was one of my very first furniture flips done for a bestie, who didn’t mind me practicing my skill. Back when I had no knowledge of product, processes, or furniture in general! Seeing my growth first hand on this beauty has brought so much joy and appreciation for the journey I’ve been on.

Thank you for your continuous support my friend. ♥️ .photo

After lots of back and forth, I finally made a decision. I will be closing my retail booth at Webb. Don’t worry I’m not closing my business down 100%! Just scaling back. With full time work at Aim High Painting, a home to take care of, plus a toddler to chase, I have not given my booth the time it deserves. That being said, moving forward I will be taking customs only!

Thank you to everyone who has supported my booth and business over the past few years. It really has meant the world to me.

These pieces I have had for a hot minute. I’d love them to find their new home.

I just need these moved so make me an offer!!

Oh hiii!

I know I have not been posting lately. I guess life has just swept me up and I am too busy enjoying it! I will be posting more fun redos that I’ve done over the past month soon.

But for now, let’s just look at this fun piece. This is an old seed/flower drying stand. Or I guess that’s what I call it?! I found this at my home from the previous owner. I knew I would not have the will to use her.

So here she goes to a new home and to a dear friend of mine that is already appreciating her function. 🐝

I’ve been reallllyyyyy slacking on posting on social media for my business. I guess that means I’ve just been too busy getting my hands dirty!

This client.. So much to say about this client. I met Robert and Shelley through Aim High Painting. They recently moved here from Portland and were looking for a creative home to call their own.

As soon as I met Shelley, something just clicked. She was that artsy fartsy kind of gal that just brings light and creativity to a space.

My guys at Aim High have painted their bathrooms, bedrooms, and now their living/dining.

Shelley has really opened me up to the world of art deco and I am SO HERE FOR IT. It’s amazing to meet all of these unique people with beautiful stories.

Today I am extremely grateful that Refurbished Rubbish and Aim High Painting was able to be apart of this transformation.

My very first fireplace mantle, 22 hours of labor, and worth every dang minute. Thank you for trusting me and introducing me to the 1920’s design. 🍓

Ohhhh boyyyy!!

This beautiful piece was a true challenge. Not only did I get to try new things, but I also redesigned the piece three times! This ole gal taught me so much on patience and how to roll with the punches. I could not have gotten this piece done without my amazing husband who truly is the guy behind the scenes. Whether he wants to be or not. 😉 Very grateful to have met a new connection with this custom and to be continuously supported by this community.
