It might be spooky. But it’s true. We do luxury home remodels for haunted houses, too. Nothing’s off the table. 👻

This is the real before and after of the McRae Remodel Project. The clients had a little haunted house fun before we lightened the place up.

From a full home remodel to a high-end home renovation, we're not afraid of a little project with a few ghosts in the walls.

Whether it's a custom remodel in southern Idaho or a luxury renovation in Sun Valley, we're ready to bring your vision to life.

Give us a howl for your home upgrade.

Even haunted houses deserve a little love.

High-quality windows are a non-negotiable when it comes to your luxury home building materials. Thanks for the reminder, Rob .

That’s why we choose for our custom home projects.

As a general contractor in Southern Idaho, you need more than a great-looking window. You need a window partner you can count on when it comes to product selection, service, warranty, and the inevitable questions that come up throughout a project.

Pella gives our team the support we need to make confident decisions, from helping us determine the right products for each project to standing behind what they sell once the windows are in.

Good products matter. Having a team behind those products matters just as much.

That’s a partnership we value, and one of the reasons we continue to choose Pella.

What makes a primary bedroom work?

• A hallway leading to the bedroom rather than directly off the great room for privacy
• A vaulted ceiling gives an open, airy feeling when you enter
• A single ridge line beam to add interest and provide a spot to hang the chandelier
• Intentionally placed windows over the nightstands and oversized patio door for plenty of natural light and private access to the backyard
• Spacious layout with room for a cozy seating area, no wasted space

What's a non-negotiable feature you would add to your custom primary bedroom? Comment below and then let's make it happen!

Changes are part of the building process. Surprises shouldn’t be.

Our change order process keeps things clear from the start. Every change is priced, approved, and documented before work begins, so everyone knows exactly what’s changing and what it will cost.

Clear communication, clear expectations, and a process that keeps the project moving. Saving your tears for another day.

Most homes don’t feel outdated because they’re old…

They feel outdated because they were designed around trends instead of intention.

We approach it differently, and we’re glad to share our approach to help you as you make your home design decisions.
