Big milestone today.

After months of planning, building, and countless hours of work, our spray booth is finally coming together. There were definitely moments when it felt like we’d never reach the finish line, but seeing everything come together makes every late night and every challenge worth it.

We’re almost ready, and we can’t wait to start producing even higher-quality finishes for our clients. Stay tuned—we’re just getting started.

The spray booth is almost complete! The painting is finished, the walls are done, and now I’m installing the shelves, cabinets, and organizing the workspace. The final step is completing the exhaust wall and ventilation system. Once that’s finished, the booth will be ready for action.

It’s exciting to see this project come together. Every detail has been built with one goal in mind—creating a clean, efficient, and professional finishing space to produce even higher-quality work. Stay tuned… we’re almost there!

Shop renovation update at Wood Wonders! The spray booth walls are finished, everything has been painted, and we just applied the final coat of floor paint. We also special ordered the exhaust wall, which should arrive in about two weeks. While we wait, we’ll install the doors, complete a few small adjustments, and build additional storage cabinets to make the space more organized and efficient. We’re getting very close to having the new spray booth fully operational!

The final phase of the Wood Wonders Studio shop build is underway.
We’re now constructing our dedicated spray booth—one of the last major steps before the shop is fully ready for production. This new space will allow us to deliver smooth, durable, furniture-grade finishes for custom cabinetry, built-ins, closets, vanities, furniture, and architectural millwork. Every part of the shop is being built with the same attention to detail we bring to our work. We’re almost ready to start creating—stay tuned.

Hidden strength makes a big difference.

Today we installed steel C-channels into the underside of this black walnut slab. They stay out of sight, but help keep the tabletop flat and stable for years to come while allowing the wood to move naturally with seasonal changes.

The best craftsmanship isn’t always what you see—it’s what you don’t.
