New Employee spotlight:

Michael Gable joins the team as a Project Superintendent, bringing nearly three decades of leadership, organization, and people-focused experience to the role.

Michael dedicated 28 years to Tupelo High School, where he served as an educator before retiring in 2026. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Mississippi State University in 1998 and later completed his Master’s Degree in Education from Arkansas State University in 2017.

Throughout his career, Michael has been known for his commitment to excellence, mentorship, and developing strong teams. These qualities make him a natural fit for leading projects and ensuring successful outcomes.

Michael resides in Tupelo with his wife Louise and their two daughters. We are excited to welcome him to the team and look forward to the leadership and experience he brings to our projects.

Another project nearing the finish line. 🔧✨

The new service department and oil change bay addition for the Barnes Crossing Kia is in the final cleanup phase and is ready for use.

From site work to final finishes, our team has worked hard to deliver an expansion that will help improve service efficiency and customer experience for years to come. We’re proud to be part of another successful project and appreciate the partnership and teamwork that made it possible. 👏

We’re proud to celebrate a big milestone for Austin Blake at Itawamba Community College Signing Day! 🎉

Austin graduated 1st in his class with a degree in Construction Management while already spending the last year working alongside our team at Master Craft Builders. His hard work, leadership, and dedication have already made a strong impact, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

Austin will now step into his full-time role in the field as a Project Superintendent, where he’ll continue helping lead projects with the same commitment and excellence that brought him to this point.

From the first plans to the final details, this project represents the dedication, craftsmanship, and teamwork that make our company special. Seeing the doors officially open and the community come together to celebrate makes all the hard work worth it.

Wednesday, we celebrated the grand opening of First Security Bank’s new location at Covenant Crossing in Batesville. What a beautiful building and a lovely community - same great service and amazing folks! Go see them today!

Project Update: Glass and Glazing is officially installed at Cobb Environmental, and Division 9 work is well underway. The building is really starting to come together, and it’s shaping up to be a beautiful space.

Next up: exterior stone and interior paint— excited to see the next phase bring even more character to this project.

Barnes Crossing Kia – Final Stretch

We’re officially on the countdown at Barnes Crossing Kia, and the finish line is in sight.

Major progress across the service and shop areas , doors and lighting in and final details coming together. It’s always exciting to see a project reach this stage where everything starts to feel complete.
