💥 TRUE STORY FROM TODAY’S SERVICE CALL

Customer:
“Just one outlet isn’t working…”

Reality:
👉 4 outlets dead

⚠️ Two Hidden Electrical Hazards Found & Fixed ⚡
📍 Tulsa Area Service Call

On a recent panel inspection, we found two serious safety issues:

🔌 1. Double-Tapped Breaker
Two wires were landed under a breaker designed for one — a common issue that can lead to:

Loose connections
Overheating
Breaker failure

⚡ 2. Undersized Wire on the Line Side of Main Breaker
We also found a #10 wire connected before the 100 amp main breaker — meaning it had no overcurrent protection at all.

👉 This is a major hazard because:

The wire can carry more current than it’s rated for
Nothing will trip if it overheats
Increased risk of electrical fire

💡 The Fix:
✔️ Corrected the double tap by properly splicing conductors and landing one wire per breaker terminal
✔️ Removed the unsafe line-side connection and re-fed it from a properly protected circuit
