The GCI team recently wrapped up work on the Grant Thornton office project, handling a big part of what you see throughout the finished space — drywall, mud, tape and finish, ceilings, plus the wood wall and ceiling systems that really bring the design together.

A lot of different scopes, a lot of coordination, and plenty of details to get right. Credit to our crews for putting in the work and delivering a finished product everyone involved can be proud of.

Green Country Interiors Ted Carter, who started back in 1980, is officially retiring.

After 44+ years of outstanding work, innovation, and leadership Ted was still helping the team solve problems right up to the very end. We wouldn't have expected anything less. Ted has been the kind of guy you want leading your team — experienced, dependable, and always willing to help find a solution when something gets complicated.

Ted, thank you for the years of hard work, the knowledge you've shared, and the example you've set for everyone around you. You've made GCI better, and you've left some big shoes to fill.

Congratulations on a well-earned retirement. We hope you enjoy every minute of it!

Taking shape inside and out. GCI completed the light gauge metal stud framing at the new Tulsa International Airport Air Traffic Control Tower.

It’s a unique project with plenty of details that demand accurate layout, solid coordination, and experienced hands.We’re proud of the crew for putting in the work and getting the framing right on a project that will be serve travelers at TUL for a long time.

New Saint Francis Hospital South expansion in Tulsa.
Our team completed custom stainless steel interior finishes throughout the addition — the kind of work where measurements, alignment, and clean finishes really matter.

And this was a big one. Saint Francis recently completed the $357 million expansion, adding 283,600 square feet of new construction and 51,000 square feet of renovated clinical space. The project nearly doubled the hospital's bed capacity to 194 beds and added new operating rooms, expanded critical care, imaging, and other patient services. HOK served as the architect and Crossland Construction led construction.

It's pretty cool to step back at the end of a project like this and see how all those individual details come together. Great work by our crew and all the trades that helped bring it across the finish line.

Meet Justin Callaway, one of the Project Managers at Green Country Interiors.

Justin brings a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a steady approach to keeping projects moving in the right direction. He’s always willing to jump in, solve problems, and do what it takes to help the team get the job done.

When he’s not managing projects, Justin’s usually thinking about his other passion — classic cars. He’s into restomods: keeping the timeless look of an old car while upgrading what’s underneath.
Good projects and old cars have something in common — the details matter. We’re glad to have Justin on the GCI team.

We're not usually the type to brag... mostly because our crews would never let us hear the end of it.

These awards aren't why we show up every day—they're just a reminder that doing good work, treating people right, and sticking with it over the years has a way of adding up.

Tomorrow it's back to the jobsite, where nobody cares how many plaques are on the wall. They just want the work done right.

What am I looking at? We're glad you asked! This is another example of the craftsmanship the team at GCI is capable of. Every 3" piece if this metal framed ceiling treatment was installed by hand to create a perfect circle. If you can design it, we can build it.

Meet Megan Woolverton, one of our Senior Estimators at Green Country Interiors.

Megan is known for her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed. She brings consistency, attention to detail, and a great mindset to every project she works on, making her a valued part of GCI.

When she's not putting together estimates, there's a good chance you'll find her in a duck blind enjoying the outdoors.

We're grateful to have Megan on the team and appreciate everything she does behind the scenes to help our projects succeed.
