These three are spending their summer both in the office and out on our jobsites, getting their hands dirty and learning this work from top to bottom.

Aaron Fiscus -- A junior at OSU studying Construction Engineering Technology. Aaron is learning the business from the ground up with his sights set on a career in project management with a general contractor.
Bradyn Raska -- An OSU Business Management grad with a lifelong background in landscaping and a genuine love for plants. Bradyn is passionate about the residential side of the business and is focused on building a lasting career with the help of JONESPLAN.
Trent Sweeney -- An OSU Data Science and Data Analytics grad with hands-on experience building reporting systems and using data to drive smarter decisions. He's here to learn construction from the inside out and bring his analytical mindset to real operational challenges.
