Water damage doesn’t always come by way of a sudden broken pipe. Often, it’s a slow leak that goes unnoticed until the damage is too severe to miss.

That’s what happened to Terri Gulasy’s house. A 15-year-old water line behind the fridge started failing, developing small holes that leaked water for months.

“We could see the floor in front of the refrigerator buckling,” Gulasy said. “That’s when we decided this is a bigger problem than what we thought.”

Once they discovered the source of the leak, Gulasy called Burggraf to clean up and restore their kitchen.

During the Father’s Day storm in 2023, a massive, 100-year-old tree crashed through Mike Carr’s home in midtown Tulsa, leaving a gaping hole in the ceiling.

A burst water pipe flooded nearly 8,000 square feet of Drumright Dental Center, leaving owner Travis Burkett stunned and unsure where to turn.
