I am asked do we do commercial property and the answer is yes. This is one of two we are currently helping our clients build. This is our 8th look at this office space being built by the Whitson's. It is 1,282sq ft with 2 offices, a conference room, a zoom room, a work room and a reception area. They have just completed the trim and tile and the floors are underway. It is helpful to have your consultant present to ensure nothing is accidently missed as it is after the sheet rock is in that most mistakes are made. Today we are taking our tenth look at the Wilson family's journey from Dirt to Dream. This house is 4,223 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a master suite that has a his & her walk-in closets and a large media room with screened in porch and 1,395 covered porch area. The hardwood floors have been placed and covered with ram board protection followed by tile floors being laid in all baths and are waiting to be grouted. The porch flat work and AC pads have been poured, saw cuts made and forms pulled. The pool has also been plumbed over to the equipment pad, backfilled completely, and filled with water. The sod is installed and soon this amazing home will be complete. This amazing custom house that the Wilson family dreamed of is coming along nicely and I can't wait to see it completed.

Today we are taking our sixth look at the Cherrington family's journey from Dirt to Dream. Their dream home is a 2,842 sq ft 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home that is going to have an amazing master on suite, with a wet room and a 200 sq ft Walk-in closet. The front and rear covered porches are perfect for mornings and evenings here in Oklahoma with our beautiful skies. They have just finished the floors and are painting. Soon they will be working on cabinets and trim. They are moving quickly and the great weather we have had in Oklahoma has helped.

Today we are taking our second look at the Brum family's journey from dirt to dream. They have completed the foundation and they have begun the framing. Once they get it dried in, meaning that the sheeting, roof, doors, and windows are complete they can begin the rough- mechanicals, the electric, HVAC, and plumbing. Their dream home is 2,936 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Every bedroom has it's own on suite. The home features a flex room and a large mud room and a butlers pantry. Like all of our homes their dream home is all them and the details are where it will really stand out. So keep following to see how their dream comes to fruition.

Today we are taking our second look at the Miller's journey from Dirt to Dream. Their dream home is 3,484 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 1/2 baths, it also includes a game room and a 3 car garage. The mechanical rough-in was passed and the spray foam insulation has been installed. Soon the sheet rock will be going in and the house will come into view. Overall the Millers are doing a great job at keeping track to what needs to be done on their new home and I am excited to see the end of their journey in their new dream home.

Today we are taking our second look at the Fultz family's journey from Dirt to Dream. Framing is complete and the rough-in is underway. Once rough-in is passed insulation can begin. This is a great time to make sure you have photos of the inside of every wall. to insure you know what is where if you ever need to do a repair. Everything is going great and the Fultz family are doing a great job keeping track and asking the right questions about their home build. Overall I am excited to see the journey of Fultz family completed with their dream home.

They are currently working on siding and the rough-in. The next step is insulation followed by sheet rock. That is when the home will actually look like a home.
