Common situation in older Tulsa homes: a single pinhole leak in a water line. Plumber A says "spot repair." Plumber B says "you need a full repipe." Both can't be right.
How we approach it.
If we find one isolated leak in a plumbing system that's still mostly in good condition, a spot repair is often the right solution. We replace the failed section, you get years more out of the system, and you save thousands.
If we find multiple recent leaks, widespread corrosion, or low water pressure throughout the house, a full repipe is usually the better long-term investment. The patch-and-pray approach starts costing more than replacing the system.
Camera and pressure testing tells us which situation you're actually dealing with.
