🏙Today we started a new commercial roofing project in Albert Lea, Minnesota.🌁

This roof previously had an EPDM membrane, and the gravel was removed and vacuumed prior to our arrival. Our scope includes installing a new 1.5" layer of insulation, tapered insulation and crickets to properly direct water flow, followed by the installation of a mechanically attached TPO roofing system.

Projects like this are a great example of how proper roof design and drainage work together to create a long-lasting roofing system. We are excited to be part of this project and look forward to delivering another quality installation.

🏢 This time we were called to inspect a TPO roof that was only about one year old but had multiple ongoing leaks.

🔍 After a detailed inspection, we discovered several installation issues that were not visible at first glance, including improperly installed seams, missing T-Joint reinforcements, and poorly detailed HVAC penetrations.

🛠️ Our team corrected each issue using TPO-compatible materials and manufacturer-approved repair methods to ensure a long-lasting waterproof system.

✅ The result: a fully sealed roof with no more leaks.
