If you smell anything like sewage in your home - ESPECIALLY your bathroom - it could be your toilet seal has failed and it's time for a replacement.

Gas is lighter than fluid so you'll smell it before you see it. In any case, getting the seal repaired could stop a potential leak in the future.

Hehe, your plumber isn't the only thing under pressure!

Think about your plumbing and all the pressure it's under 24/7. Even small increases in pressure could disrupt your entire system and cause leaks in your pipes and your wallet. Ruh-roh!

The best defence for you and your home would be making the investment in a water filtration system and getting your water tested.

Flipping light switches or just pushing buttons?

It doesn't take an expert to know that if you are flipping light switches in your home and nothing is turning on or off...you might just be turning on random lights in Narnia and giving the Beaver family a headache.
