We're Proud to Announce the Promotion of Margarita Panzer and Randy Tate to Sales Managers Within the Summit Western Area.
Margarita Will Manage the Bakken Sales Team:
Margarita Panzer joined Summit ESP with the HAL integration in 2017 and has been with Halliburton Artificial Lift since 2014 out of Minot, ND. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Admin, Minor in HR from UMUC and is currently pursuing her MBA with University of Mary, graduating in April 2019. Margarita has completed Business Leadership Development I. Margarita enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family when not working.
Margarita Panzer is based in North Dakota, continuing to report to Ed Ewart.
Randy Will Manage the Big Horn Basin (Bhb) Sales Team:
Randy started in the ESP world on September 11th, 2000 in Cody Wyoming as a Spooler/Bander for Centrilift reporting to Sam Pederson. During this time he worked mainly with ESP’s, however, began working with H Pumps by performing preventative maintenance, new installs, and troubleshooting/repairing when necessary. Randy worked out of Cody until February 2002 then transferred to Gillette Wyoming as a Contracted Service Technician for Marathon Oil Company in the CBM market reporting to Emil Nielsen. During this time Randy worked mainly with ESP’s, but also designed, troubleshot, and serviced Progressive Cavity Pumps, both Rod Driven, and ESPCP’s. Randy worked in the field for close to 4 years, transitioning into a Sales/Service technician roll in 2006 reporting to Ray Watson. Randy designed and sold ESP Systems, H Pumps Systems, and Progressive Cavity Systems, both Rod Driven and ESPCP Systems, then went out and installed and serviced them. Randy transitioned into a full Sales roll in 2008. He left BHI in May of 2012 for a brief stint with Dynaflo Artificial lift as an Account Manager, responsible for the Big Horn Basin. Randy came to Summit ESP on February 1st 2013, on January 9th 2017 Randy was promoted to a Sales Manager over Merit Energy with no direct reports. Randy is active in the local SPE organization in Gillette Wyoming, and enjoys time with his Family. Randy’s biggest desire is to harvest a super huge Bull Elk! (Team name to come).
Randy Tate is based in Gillette, Wyoming, continuing to report to Ed Ewart.
