This one needed a little more than a rinse.
Our plumbing team got in there, cleared out years of buildup and debris, and gave this floor drain a much-needed fresh start.

It’s not the prettiest side of plumbing, but somebody’s gotta do it—and we’re pretty darn good at the dirty jobs.

Sometimes you’ve gotta get down there and have a little heart-to-heart with the HVAC system. 😂🔧

Cole and Dan teamed up to run new thermostat wire from the roof down to the second floor, adding conduit to help keep that new wire protected.

New wire ✅
Added protection ✅
Hooked everything back up ✅
System back up and running ✅

This is what can happen when an HVAC system runs without an air filter. All that dust, dirt, hair and debris that a filter is supposed to catch? It can end up inside the system and coating components like these. 😬

A filter is cheap. HVAC repairs? Not so much.

Consider this your friendly Harp reminder: check your filter and change it regularly. Your system will thank you. 🔧

For the **SECOND time in ONE weekend**, Sewer Belly is back at this chicken place… catching all those paper towels y’all are **NOT supposed to flush.** 😭

Paper towels don’t break down like toilet paper—and eventually, somebody’s gotta pull ’em back out. Spoiler: **it’s us.** 🪠💀
