We’re out in BA taking down some trees, cleaning up brush around the fence line, removing the old chain link and coming back in with 6ft cedar privacy fencing 🤠

What started out as some simple repairs quickly took a turn😳

Talk about moody vibes 😍 We repaired wood rot, gave the exterior a fresh coat of paint, and poured a new 14’ × 18’ concrete slab so our client can enjoy their outdoor living space! We’ll be back later this week to wrap up a few projects inside.

Took out some trees and stumps today.
One of the trees had actually grown into the siding and roofline, so we weren’t able to completely remove some limbs without risking damage to the home but everything else we were able to cleanup 🤘🏼

Our clients haven’t had much luck with the house they recently purchased and have unfortunately run into one issue after another- from discovering a leak, to discovering Stachybotrys mold and extensive termite damage, to finding a gap in the siding that gave pests the perfect entry point to burrow in and build a nest around the tub cavity. To top it off, we discovered the bathroom’s exterior wall was only being supported by a very small piece of wood.
The good news is, we’ve been able to identify the underlying issues, and now we’re getting to work correcting them the right way.
