Why do events like this matter so much to us? At Integrity Built, our company isn't just defined by the projects we complete or the quality of our craftsmanship; it’s defined by how we serve the people around us.

Integrity means doing the right thing when no one is watching, but it also means stepping up together when our community needs us most. Supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital aligns directly with our core value of serving others.

Families facing childhood cancer should never have to fight alone, and supporting groundbreaking research and care is a mission we are proud to stand behind.

Building exterior wall assemblies offsite with Integrity Built Prefab requires zero compromise on the building envelope integrity. When fabricating 40-foot continuous exterior panels, fluid applied air and water resistive barriers ensure peak performance on site.

When you’re prefabricating quality control is everything. Building offsite allows us to execute critical envelope details with climate controlled precision and a huge part of that performance comes down to the materials, and how we plan to create a QC inspection for that specific product.

For this run, our prefabrication team is utilizing Henry AirBloc 17MR,Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a fluid applied, v***r permeable air barrier.

Here is why combining offsite LGS panelization with AirBloc 17MR is a game changer for your commercial envelope performance.

Seamless monolithic barrier mean anything? Spray applying fluid membranes in a shop setting eliminates human error, gaps, and fishmouths common with traditional field applied sheet wraps. Every seam, fastener pe*******on, and transition on these 40' spans gets 100% continuous coverage.

AirBloc 17MR allows wall assemblies to breathe outward, releasing trapped moisture while blocking liquid water entry and resisting mold growth over the lifecycle of the building. Applying this system indoors guarantees ideal curing conditions, proper mil thickness, and zero weather delays. When these panels arrive at the jobsite, they are fully cured, sealed, and ready for rapid er****on.

By completing the metal framing, sheathing, and fluid applied WRB in our 50K Sqft facilities, we eliminate weeks of exterior staging, scaffolding, and multi trade coordination on the active jobsite.

Rapid enclosure has always been a critical path. We can install entire stories in days rather than weeks, sealing the building envelope ahead of schedule. This also works for single story projects and we’re seeing more and more interest from big box chains.

Precision built indoors eliminates weather delays, material degradation, and field rework. Plain and simple you will always be able to control QA/QC better in factory than you can on-site.

Early dry-in means interior trades (MEPF, drywall, finishes) can start working sooner without waiting on traditional stick built framing or exterior cladding. Monday is just around the corner. For many, that brings the inevitable stress of "what are we doing this week?" and "will we have what we need to succeed?"

In the world of commercial construction, we know that success isn't found in a static project schedule locked in a drawer. It’s found in understanding how to strategically plan ahead.

At Integrity Built, we don't just rely on a master plan, we pull plan. We value the insight from the people actually doing the work, the field leads, the project managers and even other trades into the room to build the roadmap together.

When the team helps build the plan, they own the ex*****on. By looking 3–6 weeks out, we identify and solve roadblocks (material deliveries, RFIs, access issues) before they stop production. We move from reacting to fires to proactively managing workflow.

We are committed to finishing. But who isn’t? “Forging on Excellence” means to us that no job site will ever be perfect but we will seek to be better everyday.

Partnering alongside the visionary teams at GH2 Architects, LLC and Thompson Construction Inc., we are bringing a legendary vision to life.

This massive, 4 story, resident life facility isn't just another student housing development. It is a landmark addition to OSU’s overall residential life and campus footprint.

What makes this project profoundly meaningful to us is the alignment of principles. Founded in 1855 and the one the largest fraternities in North America, Sigma Chi is anchored by three core values: Friendship, Justice, and Learning, and holds Integrity as one of its seven primary virtues. At Integrity Built, we operate under that exact same mandate. We believe that top tier student housing should reflect the caliber of the high achieving students who live there.
