🌱 Giving Back to the Tulsa Community! 💚

Through the LUSA Giving Back Project, our Tulsa team had the opportunity to partner with the Tandy Family YMCA for a beautification project—and this one was truly a team effort!

LUSA and YMCA staff worked side by side to improve the outdoor spaces at the Tandy Family YMCA, creating a more welcoming environment for the families, children, and community members who use the facility every day.

The Tandy Y provides so much more than a place to work out. As part of the YMCA of Greater Tulsa, it offers youth sports, family programs, swimming and aquatics, childcare, wellness programs, and opportunities that help strengthen the community. The YMCA of Greater Tulsa also reinvests in programs and financial assistance to support people throughout the Tulsa area.

We’re proud to contribute our time, talents, and teamwork to an organization that invests so much in the people of Tulsa. Projects like this are a great reminder that when we work together, we can make a lasting impact in the communities we call home.

Over the past few weeks, we've shared the four Core Values that help guide how we work together at LUSA OK:

These values were officially introduced during our Annual Leadership Conference in August, where leaders from across Landscapes USA came together to prepare for the year ahead.
This year's conference was centered around a new core focus:
Our future is growing people and cultivating landscapes.
Our leadership team spent time aligning on our 1-, 3-, and 10-year goals, beginning the implementation of the EOS system, discussing new retention programs, and participating in round-table conversations on everything from sales to customer retention.
We also made time to strengthen relationships and have a little fun together at Andretti's in DFW. 🏎️
Now, we're bringing those ideas back to LUSA OK and putting them into action.
Because growing a great company starts with growing the people who make it happen.
