Throwback Thursday! 🏡

We’re throwing it back to our Wildwood, NJ kitchen remodel, featured on May 30, 2026!

This beautiful kitchen features Fabuwood Galaxy Indigo cabinetry paired with HiMacs White Quartz countertops.

The rich blue cabinets bring a bold touch of color, and the bright white countertops create a clean, classic contrast.

It’s a great reminder that stepping outside traditional cabinet colors can create a kitchen full of personality! 💙

Your kitchen island can have a special spot for your four-legged family members, too! 🐶🐱

This clever design features a built-in pet feeding station right at the end of the kitchen island, complete with a dedicated space for food and water bowls.

Instead of having pet bowls scattered across the kitchen floor, a feeding nook keeps everything in one convenient location.

It’s a thoughtful cabinet feature that combines style, storage, and everyday convenience for you and your pets! 🏡🐾

Are wood cabinets making a comeback? 🪵🏡

According to the 2026 U.S. Houzz Kitchen Trends Study, wood cabinetry has officially edged past white cabinetry among renovating homeowners!

📊 29% chose wood cabinets, compared with 28% choosing white.

Natural wood grain, warm finishes, and rich textures are getting plenty of attention in kitchen design.

From light oak tones to deeper stained finishes, wood cabinetry brings natural character into the kitchen and pairs beautifully with a variety of countertop styles.

Kitchen drawers can have different heights for a reason.

A shallow drawer works well for cutlery, utensils, and smaller kitchen tools, and deeper drawers provide room for pots, pans, bowls, and larger cookware.

Planning drawer sizes around what you actually store can make everyday kitchen items much easier to organize and reach.

Two finishes labeled “white” can look completely different when you put them side by side.

Some whites lean warm and creamy, and others can appear cooler or grayer. Your cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and lighting can make those undertones much easier to notice.

That’s why comparing your actual samples together can be so helpful before making your selections.

Your flooring can change how a countertop color looks in your kitchen. 👀

Countertops, cabinets, and flooring are three of the largest surfaces in the room. Looking at samples together can help you spot warm, cool, creamy, or gray undertones that might be harder to notice when each finish is viewed on its own.

A countertop you love by itself may look completely different once it’s placed next to your cabinet and flooring choices.

Bring your finishes together and look at the whole combination, not just one sample.

GET TO KNOW YOUR CABINETS: STAINED WOOD🪵

Ever notice how stained wood cabinets can look slightly different from one door to the next?

Stain adds color yet allows the natural grain, markings, and variations in the wood to remain visible. Each piece can have its own character rather than looking perfectly identical.

From warm honey tones to rich browns, stained cabinetry is a great option for homeowners who love seeing real wood character.

Do you prefer natural wood grain or the more consistent appearance of painted cabinets? 👇

Small appliances don’t always have to live out in the open.

An appliance garage creates a dedicated countertop-level space for items like your coffee maker, toaster, blender, or mixer. When they’re not being used, the cabinet can close and keep the countertop looking clean and organized.

It’s a great kitchen feature for anyone who loves their everyday appliances but doesn’t love seeing them scattered across the counter.

Your cabinets and countertops make the perfect backdrop for fall. 🍁

A decorative tray, seasonal florals, pumpkins, wreaths, or a few warm-toned accessories can bring autumn into the kitchen without changing the entire room.

Save these ideas for your fall kitchen decorating! 🎃🏡

Seeing materials in a showroom lets you compare cabinet finishes, door styles, countertop patterns, hardware, and different combinations next to one another.

You might walk in thinking you know exactly what you want and leave with a combination you never pictured before.
