Don’t let the looks deceive you, this was the THICKEST Bermuda yard we have ever seen and had to tear out before installing fescue! We also cleaned up their existing trees and planted a couple more to provide this yard a little shade in the future.

This is our FAVORITE time of year to plant sod. It gives it all winter and spring to get well established prior to the summer heat, and next summer is going to be worse than this summer was!

We still have plenty of time to plant Bermuda, just be prepared that it is invasive and while we tear out as much as we can, you will have to battle it if you’re wanting to go with fescue later.

This is the company that pretended to deliver the sod to the guy in Fritch when it was us! He was charged $500 so he got a fantastic deal, this guy made $500 for being a sorry POS and we were out the cost of the sod, day driving to Fritch and delivering, and diesel.

There isn’t anyone else in the Amarillo area that sells sod other than us, King Ranch and Lowe’s! If y’all see anyone beware! Especially when prices are cheaper and they don’t have any information about being local.

We need some help identifying someone in the Fritch area! We delivered sod to this guy and I have all the proof. He was not there when we delivered, payment was made via our square card reader, and he disputed the payment with his bank claiming he had no knowledge of the charge and even though I sent screenshots of all the proof, they favored him. This was an almost $1000 transaction! This was delivered in Fritch on September 5th. I don’t think the house that this was delivered to is his house but if anyone can identify the owner of the property please let me know! The address that was given to me is 1510 Tascosa Trail but it’s the property next to it. This has never happened to us before and this is about to prevent us from allowing credit card payments. Shows the name Richard Garcia on the payment!

Due to rain this week, we will allow any prescheduled orders to receive the pallet discount and be entered in the drawing. Deadline is today! $235/pallet and 2 entries. Delivery in Amarillo is $300 per pallet for up to 3 pallets and $200 delivery fee plus the $235 per pallet for 4 or more up to a truckload (~18 pallets) in the Amarillo area. Additional fees if outside the Amarillo area will be applied.

This Super El Niño is about to cause us to have a wet winter and an even hotter summer next summer.

Now that the extreme heat is gone, this is the PERFECT time of year to sod your yard!

We still have plenty of time to install Bermuda and fescue is a cold weather grass so it does great installing all winter long. This also allows your yard to get well established before the heat hits!

Full pallet sale through 9/30!

All orders must be paid for to schedule. We have many options. Monday-Friday afternoons.

We are having a raffle where proceeds will go to our hometown fire department in Tulia October 1st where winner will get a free pallet of sod or a 3 yard load of screened topsoil or 3 yard load of black, brown or red mulch delivered from swisher to potter county (outside areas are welcome as well there would just be an additional delivery fee added). $20 per full pallet purchased will be donated and 2 entries given and $10/half with 1 entry given. $10/entry may be purchased as well with 1 additional entry/$50 donated.

Fescue or Bermuda. Pallets cover 450 square feet and are $235 each with a 3 pallet minimum on pickup orders. If wanting less than 3 pallets picked up it will be at $300/pallet.

Delivery in Amarillo area is $65/pallet on 1-3 pallets and will be delivered by hand curbside or where we can offstack off the side of the trailer. 4-18 pallets is $200 and will be scheduled with a forklift.

Half pallets are $200 each delivered and cover 225 square feet. We are not offering pickup for half pallets.

Due to increases in fuel prices delivery fees have gone up. $75 per pallet up to 3 and no additional delivery fees ($225) for 3-truckload in the Amarillo/Canyon/Bushland area as of today.
