Our Project Managers gathered at Sequoia Logistics Center in Canby, OR, for an afternoon focused on safety, scheduling, lessons learned, and real project scenarios.

Being on an active jobsite helped connect those discussions to the work happening in the field while creating space for questions, collaboration, and shared perspectives. The site walk kept the conversation going, and it's safe to say the megaphone got its fair share of use along the way.📣

We're grateful for opportunities like these that bring our teams together to compare experiences, share a few laughs, and take new ideas and lessons back to their projects.🤝

calls for a concrete pour recap.🙌

This week, the team at Boyer Industrial Park poured 850 CY of concrete across three future industrial buildings, while crews at U-Haul Cornelius completed a 1,100 CY concrete pour.

With slab work complete, crews are now advancing panel forms and footings at Boyer while continuing work on the CMU elevator and stair shafts at U-Haul.

A huge shoutout to our project teams for the planning, coordination, and teamwork that made these pours a success.👏

Last week, our field and office teams came together to celebrate the retirement of Superintendent Fred Lutz.🎉

For 39 years, Fred helped lead projects, mentor team members, and show what it means to be part of the Perlo team. We're grateful for everything he's contributed over the years and wish him all the best in this next chapter.

𝑰𝒕'𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆'𝒔 𝒂 𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒃𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈!✂️

Yesterday, we joined Grainger, local leaders, and project partners to celebrate the opening of their new distribution center. What stood out most wasn't the building itself. It was the people behind it. From Grainger leadership to long-tenured team members, speaker after speaker talked about creating opportunities for employees, supporting families, and investing in the communities where they work. We also had the privilege of hearing from Mayor Travis Stovall and witnessing Grainger's $30,000 donation to the Boys & Girls Club, a reminder that their impact extends well beyond the facility's walls.

As builders, it's rewarding to see a project become a place where people can build careers, support their families, and take pride in their work. Congratulations to the entire Grainger team. We're grateful to have played a part in bringing this project to life.
