Dash Landing Senior Housing

Another successful exterior re-paint, completed 3 months ahead of schedule!

Shoutout to Patrick Rehaume and his team for a job well done! Element pressure washed the building, removed and replaced caulking, masked and sprayed elevations while maintaining access as this is an occupied building. Product used was Sherwin-Williams Latitude yellow base which had incredible coverage and transformed this building to the bright, beautiful yellow it is now. Softer yellow trim paint was SW SuperPaint.

Unify Project

Owner direct, exterior re-paint. Pressure washed, spray applied Rodda’s CoverCoat XL, and painted canopies, bollards, and applied vinyl lettering at clearance bar. An excellent before and after transformation!

Link Logistics Olympia, WA

Pressure washed, removed old joint sealant, replaced with new caulk at expansion joints. Coordinated with tenants for building access. Applied two coats of Loxon XP by Sherwin-Williams. Sprayed roll-up doors and stair assemblies with a multi-surface enamel. Removed and replaced vinyl numbers. Completed this project in 21 days. Billy Pennock, Fernando Rodriguez, and the rest of the crew out there did an incredible job!
