We’re proud to be partnering with HSL Properties on the new Encantada Marketplace apartment community, where we’re bringing a 45,000 gallon resort style pool to life.

From lagoon style entries to custom water features, every detail is being designed to create an elevated living experience for future residents. This incredible community will also feature premium amenities including a state of the art fitness center, theater, and beautifully designed outdoor spaces.

Construction is underway, and we can’t wait to share the transformation as this vision becomes reality.
