Went out on a call today. The other air conditioning company had told the homeowner that they needed to replace their whole system. It turned out to be a minor repair. Went from a $6000 dollar bill to $120. Please give me a call if you have any questions.

This afternoon I received a call from a customer who's Ac had gone down. They were happy to learn that we could make a same day appointment. Within 2 hours of their call we were able to identify the problem, make the needed repair and have the homeowner back in some cooler air.

Tonight I received a call about a unit that was freezing up. When I opened up the air handler I was surprised to find this balloon covering the intake. The result was an insufficient air flow over the evaporator coil. Prior to my arrival it had been "berry" hot upstairs.
