We don’t typically take on roof repair, but this one came to us through a referral from a past client. The homeowner had their roof repaired back in 2010, and it started leaking about a year later. The original roofer returned multiple times, but the leak never truly got resolved. After several more attempts with other companies, they called us to take a fresh look—this time with the goal of figuring out whether the roof needs a bigger fix, or a full redesign to solve the problem for good.
