Mosquitoes: Monsoon rains directly contribute to increased mosquito populations as they breed in standing water.

Ants: Humidity and moisture from monsoons can increase ant activity and lead to their expansion indoors.

Roaches: Roaches are drawn to the increased moisture and dampness associated with monsoon season, causing them to seek shelter indoors.

Scorpions: Arizona bark scorpions are also attracted to the moisture and humidity that monsoons bring and may enter homes to find cooler, damp locations.

Palo Verde beetles: These beetles, though typically not entering homes, emerge in large numbers during the monsoon season in response to the rains.
