We just wrapped up this beautiful patio using premium Belgard Victorian 3-Piece Dimension 12 pavers 🔥

✅ Removed bushes, trees & excess dirt
✅ Regraded the entire area for proper drainage
✅ Created correct slope to move water away from the patio
✅ Installed underground drainage pipe system
✅ Clean, solid and long-lasting paver installation

🔥 Just wrapped up this backyard transformation using Tierra Norte Townscape 3-piece pavers 🧱✨

We removed 4–8 inches of existing concrete 🚧 because the original slope was draining toward the house 🏠💧. After demolition, we installed and compacted A/B base and M/A fines 🚜 to create a solid foundation with proper drainage ✅

We regraded the entire main patio 📐 so water now flows away from the home and toward the planting area 🌱 and drain system 💦. We also built a second smaller patio with 2 steps 🪜 for easy access and a clean finished look 😎
