We recently custom cut metal roof panels right on site for a new home project. Metal roofing continues to gain popularity due to its durability and aesthetic appeal, and we can't wait to see how this roof looks when it's installed!

When the economy feels uncertain, a major construction project can feel like an even bigger decision.

But sometimes, it’s not just about the economy. It’s about your why.

-A casita to keep family close.
-A garage for the space you need.
-A room addition so you can stay in the home you love.

At Cornerstone Construction Services, we want to understand the story behind your build and help you make informed decisions that feel right for you.

There’s a story behind every build. Let’s talk about yours.

Being a local business owner means more to me than simply doing business in Tucson—it means being an active part of the community that has supported me and my business. 🌵

I’m proud to be a member of Caballeros del Sol, an organization that brings together business and community leaders who are committed to promoting Tucson and helping our region thrive.

For me, being involved in organizations like Caballeros del Sol is about building relationships, supporting our local business community, and staying connected to the people who are working to make Tucson an even better place to live and do business.

At Cornerstone Construction Services LLC, we’re proud to build in Tucson—and equally proud to be part of the community beyond the jobsite.

🔨 Quick project update! We passed our roof nail and wall bracing inspection on this garage addition. Next up: electrical and stucco lath!

We’re finishing the year strong and ready for what’s next. 🏠

Know someone thinking about a casita, detached garage, or custom home? We’d love an introduction and the opportunity to bring their ideas to life!

When you invite a contractor onto your property and trust them with a major investment in your home, who you hire matters.

That’s one of the reasons I’m proud that Cornerstone Construction Services LLC is a member of the Better Business Bureau.

Professionalism, communication, accountability, and doing what we say we’re going to do are incredibly important to me. Being part of the BBB is another way we demonstrate our commitment to operating our business with those values.

Whether we’re building a custom casita, detached garage, addition, renovation, or new home, our goal is to earn our clients’ trust from the first conversation through the completion of their project.

Because a good reputation isn’t something you advertise—it’s something you build.

We took a break from building casitas on Saturday to support the 4th Annual Arizona Chapter of Safari Club International Golf Tournament. It was hot but we had a great time!
