The owners of this warehouse wanted an insulated roof. Their best option was to Spray a SPF Foam Roofing System.

This roof was a little tricky because of the confines of the space. The A/C's had to be lifted, and we Foamed underneath them along with the remainder of the roof. No crane was involved.

Beware Foam Roofing Companies that are not Certified by the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance. I've seen roofs in this area that have 1/4 inch or less of foam. Manufacturers Specs require a minimum of 1 inch. These roofs are failing because of improper application, lack of coatings and it's a NO-NO to bury in skylights, they can't weep out. Energy efficiency is lost because it is too thin as well as structural properties. As you can see around the pipe, it wasn't thick enough to seal in the pipe.
