What an incredible day at the Barrio Viejo Luxury Listing Tour. From breakfast at The Monica to cruising through some of Tucson's most historic streets, this tour was everything a great morning of real estate, relationships, and hometown pride should be.

The work is officially underway!

Demo and electrical work kicked off this week as we start bringing this condo remodel together. This is just the beginning, and I’ll be sharing more of the progress as the project moves forward.

New project underway!

We’re giving this condo a full refresh with an updated kitchen, fresh paint throughout the entire home, and new LVP flooring from room to room.

To me this is simple. Give your best no matter what the job is, big or small, seen or unseen. If we’re remodeling someone’s bathroom, we treat it like it’s the Lord’s bathroom. That standard doesn’t change based on who’s watching or what the job is worth.

That’s the real reason we shoot for the best result every time. Not because someone’s checking, but because the standard doesn’t move.

Most bathroom remodels don’t need a full set of plans. But if we’re moving plumbing or walls, that’s a different story.
That’s when we need a permit, and that means bringing in a drafter. Most have a minimum, ours is $3,000. It’s not just for the permit either, it means you get to see exactly what your finished bathroom will look like before we ever touch a wall.
Don’t need a drafter? We still do a 3D rendering for a minimum of $500, and if you move forward after seeing it, that $500 rolls right into the project.
