We are looking for an experienced Landscape Construction crew member to join our team!

• Hands-on landscape construction experience (hardscaping, grading, planting, drainage, etc.)
• Machine operation experience (skid steer, excavator, mini-excavator, or similar equipment)
• Strong work ethic — reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
• Physical and mental toughness — ability to perform hard labor in all weather conditions
• Team player — works well with others and takes direction from a foreman
• Attention to detail — takes pride in quality and craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation

Another Project Completed ✔️

We recently wrapped up a retaining wall installation for Hendersonville Parks & Recreation as part of an expansion project at one of their local parks. The city is adding new features to the playground area, and we were contracted to install the retaining wall that helps support and define the space around the new playground.

Projects like this are a great example of how retaining walls not only provide structural support and erosion control, but also help create clean, functional spaces for the community to enjoy.

We appreciate the opportunity to work with Hendersonville Parks & Rec and be part of a project that will benefit local families and kids for years to come.

Gravel Driveway Looking Rough? It Might Be Time for Maintenance.

Gravel driveways take a beating from rain, traffic, and time. Without proper maintenance they can develop potholes, ruts, and washouts that only get worse over time.

At Jones Landscape Construction, we brought this driveway back to life by:

• Regrading the driveway to restore proper slope and drainage
• Installing ditches to help control water and reduce erosion
• Adding fresh gravel and compacting it for a smooth, solid surface
• Installing sod to help stabilize the soil and prevent erosion
• Installing landscape timbers to separate the gravel and sod for a clean, finished look

Proper grading and drainage are key to making a gravel driveway last and preventing future washouts.

If your driveway is starting to show its age, we’d be happy to take a look.
