This project involved the complete replacement of a 30-year-old asphalt shingle roof that had reached the end of its expected lifespan. The homeowner selected Owen’s Cornering architectural shingles because of its algae & impact resistance.
We carefully removed the existing roofing materials, inspected the roof deck for any necessary repairs, installed new underlayment and flashing where required, and completed the installation of the new roofing system in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
The result is a high-quality roofing system that provides enhanced weather protection, improved energy efficiency, and a fresh, updated appearance.
