🌸 Gerbera Daisies! 🌸

Come plant yours now and enjoy their beautiful blooms again in the spring! 🌼

Did you know? Gerbera daisies aren’t just beautiful—they can be grown as perennials in our Southern climate with the right care!

🌸 Sunlight: Full morning sun with some afternoon shade, especially during our hot Alabama summers.

🌿 Soil: Prefer rich, well-draining soil. They don’t like wet feet!

💧 Watering: Water deeply when the soil begins to dry, keeping water away from the center crown to help prevent rot.

🌼 Blooming: Known for their large, colorful, daisy-like flowers! They bloom beautifully in spring and fall and may flower during cooler parts of summer.

❄️ Winter Care: In our Zone 8 climate, they can return in spring if protected from hard freezes. Add mulch around the roots, keeping the crown uncovered.

🐝 Bonus: Their cheerful blooms attract bees and other pollinators!

Stop by Terra Cotta Garden Center and pick out your favorite colors! Let’s get those roots established before winter! 🌸🌿
