The dental office for Dr. Roddy is just wrapping up for the Millmark Team! Dr. Roddy’s new dental office is an 11,000 sq. ft., single story building. This is one of two dental offices that Millmark has done this year for Oberer Thompson. Upon completion of Dr. Roddy, Millmark will begin working on the tenant infill for Dr. Jackson in the once vacant retail space starting in June. Stay tuned for upcoming details and pictures!

The Millmark crews have been hard at work once again! Work on the Grove St. Public Supportive Housing project began April 1, 2019. When completed, the Grove St. project will be a 30,000 sq. ft. building that is stick framed. Grove St. is the first of two big jobs that Millmark will be doing for Model Construction.

Currently underway, Millmark Construction has had the privilege to be a part of the 821 Flats project. 821 Flats is a 3 story, low income housing facility, located in Cincinnati, OH. The building is 40,000 square feet and is a panelized project as well.

03/14/2019

Millmark had the opportunity to build two of the three buildings at the new Hopkins Commons development in Maineville, Ohio. These projects started in May of 2018. Millmark constructed Buildings B and C. Building B is 60,000 sq. ft., Building C is 40,000 sq. ft. Both buildings are three stories, comprised of prefabricated wood wall panels and engineered floor and roof trusses. Millmark also installed the residential style windows in both buildings.
