The Bennett featured space: The Den 🍷🥃

A Den should feel like the room you naturally disappear into at the end of your day. Warm lighting, rich colors, fireplaces, wood accents, and layered textures are all things that make a space feel more personal and inviting. Whether it's for reading, relaxing, watching a movie, or hiding from the rest of the house for a while, a Den will always be there for you.

And we promise, it's not as spooky as our video makes it out to be 👻🎃

🍂 Planning your dream pool for next summer?

One of the first decisions you'll make is choosing the right shape for your backyard.

💦 Freeform Pool
Freeform pools have natural, flowing lines that create a relaxed, resort-style feel. They're a great option for incorporating waterfalls, grottos, curves, and unique landscaping.

⬜ Rectangle Pool
Rectangle pools offer clean, defined lines for a more structured, modern look. They're perfect for homeowners who want a sleek design, open swimming space, and geometric features.

Both styles can be customized to fit your backyard, your personal style, and the way you want to enjoy your space. Which would you choose for your dream backyard? Freeform or rectangle? Let us know in the comments.

There's definitely more important things to consider when choosing your builder than simply the bottom line number 👩‍🏫

When The Cheaper Option Becomes The More Expensive One

When you’re comparing builders, it can be tempting to focus on the lowest number. But the real question is: what happens when something goes wrong?

Who answers the phone? Who takes responsibility? Who works through the issue instead of pointing fingers?

That’s where the Arne Custom Homes difference matters.

Building a custom home is about much more than the initial price. It’s about communication, experience, accountability, quality, and having a team that stays involved from the first conversation through the final walk-through.

We believe in being upfront about costs, helping you understand what is included, keeping you informed throughout the process, and standing behind the home we build.

Because sometimes the cheapest option isn’t actually the least expensive once change orders, missed details, delays, or repairs start adding up.

When you choose Arne Custom Homes, you’re not simply choosing a builder. You’re choosing a team you can call when you have a question, a concern, or simply need someone to walk you through what comes next.

If you’re considering building and would like to learn more about our process, we’d love to talk with you.

The New & Improved Bennett: Featuring the Courtyard!

A courtyard creates a unique connection between indoor and outdoor living. It brings natural light, fresh air, and beautiful views into the heart of the home while still feeling private and intimate.
It's more than just a patio. It becomes an unexpected extension of your home by creating a quiet place for morning coffee, an elegant setting for hosting, a garden filled with flowers, or a beautiful transition to a future pool The possibilities are endless.
Courtyards also give a home character and create that timeless, collected feeling that we see so much of in European and historic homes. Definitely not something you see anymore in every new construction design.
