Summer 2026 was one to remember! The architecture+ team came together for our annual company picnic, enjoying beautiful weather, delicious food catered by Miller’s BBQ, and plenty of fun and friendly competition. From volleyball and pickleball to kayaking under the summer sun, it was wonderful to connect, unwind, and catch up with colleagues. A perfect way to make the most of the season together!

Better spaces start with quality choices.

architecture+ recently hosted a three-day furniture fair at North Dakota State Hospital where nearly 100 staff members weighed in on furniture selections for the patient environment.
Their firsthand feedback is helping our team arrive at solutions that balance performance, comfort, durability, and design cohesion. This is what quality through collaboration looks like—and it's at the core of how we approach every behavioral health environment we design.

Congratulations to Russell Sage College on the opening of the newly renovated Sage Hall! 🎉architecture+ was honored to join today’s ribbon-cutting ceremony, ushering in this exciting new chapter for students and staff. In collaboration with LeChase Construction and Engineered Solutions, our team led the design of the exterior restoration of the roof and gutter system, along with the comprehensive interior renovation of this 130-year old building—the oldest on campus. For the first time in the college’s history, Sage Hall will welcome first-year students as residents. Thoughtful finishes and carefully selected furniture throughout the dorm rooms, bathrooms, community rooms, and lounge spaces truly create a warm, welcoming environment for incoming students. The result is a transformation that embraces modern upgrades while honoring the historic character that makes this campus so special.

Congratulations to Will on 10 years with architecture+!

Will joined our team after earning a Master of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, bringing with him his creative drive and commitment to the collaborative process. A decade later, that commitment has only deepened, as did his impact on our firm and the clients we serve.

He has built a portfolio of work with a focus on higher education and behavioral health facilities, two sectors where thoughtful design can genuinely transform lives. Will has helped shape projects across numerous SUNY campuses, including Albany, Oneonta, New Paltz, and Canton, as well as RPI, Russell Sage College, Union College, and more. In the healthcare and special populations space, he has contributed meaningfully to mental health and addiction treatment projects that include The Family Counseling Center (Gloversville, NY), Twin Counties Recovery Residence for Men (Hudson, NY), Valley Ridge Center for Intensive Treatment (Norwich, NY), and Fircrest Residential Habilitation Center (Shoreline, WA).

He has become a trusted partner to clients, consultants, and contractors alike, strengthening all the projects he undertakes with his attention to detail, collegial nature, and excellent communication skills.

We're proud to see how Will has grown as a project manager and look forward to all that lies ahead!
