This is what fault detection looks like when it's done right.

VAV_01_012 flagged for "Humidity Less than Setpoint while Occupied." The fault doesn't just throw an alarm. It shows the humidity trend against setpoint, the occupancy state driving the rule, the fault description, priority, and assignment. Everything a tech needs to validate the issue and decide what to do is on one page.

Alarms tell you something happened. Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) tells you what's wrong and why.

The roar of the engines may fade, but great moments deserve to be captured forever.

In celebration of our partnership with the Detroit Grand Prix, Joseph Kaiser V, President of Universal Piping Industries, commissioned a custom painting inspired by the excitement, energy, and artistry of race weekend.

Each year, Kaiser proudly leaves its mark on the track through our banner presence and Kaiser Corner—a dedicated section showcasing all 10 Kaiser companies. This artwork serves as a lasting tribute to an event that brings together innovation, performance, and community.

Just like racing, great art is about capturing motion, passion, and the pursuit of excellence.

A special thank you to Camilo Pardo for bringing this vision to life. Internationally recognized as the Chief Designer of the Ford GT supercar, Camilo is also one of Detroit's most accomplished artists, celebrated for his work honoring automotive culture, racing, design, and the spirit of Detroit.

We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such an extraordinary talent.

Building-level navigation that respects how operators actually work.

The Upper Elementary home page at Woodhaven Brownstown surfaces floor plans up top and a complete equipment directory below, organized by type. Air Handling Units (AHUs), Energy Recovery Units (ERUs), boilers, chillers, Fan Coil Units (FCUs), lighting, all one click away with live values where they matter.

No menu trees. No guessing where something lives. Just the building, laid out the way you'd actually walk it.
