From burger-inspired and CCI-themed carved pumpkins to witches, Disney classics, and everything in between, our team brought plenty of Halloween spirit and creativity to our first-ever pumpkin carving and costume contests! 🎃👻

A little friendly competition, a lot of laughs, and some seriously creative costumes and pumpkins made for a fun-filled celebration.

Gallagher-Kaiser is expanding its modular fabrication capabilities with fully assembled battery rooms designed to support UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems in mission-critical environments.

These modular enclosures are designed with several key features, including:

🔹 2-hour fire-rated construction
🔹 Pre-installed customer-supplied battery cabinets
🔹 Pre-grounded cabinets with interconnecting communication wiring
🔹 Walkable roofs rated for up to 25 lbs. per square foot
🔹 Multi-room modular configurations to minimize on-site handling

By completing much of the assembly before delivery, our team is helping reduce on-site construction time while providing a more streamlined installation process.

From data centers to other facilities requiring dependable backup power infrastructure, Gallagher-Kaiser is bringing modular solutions to projects where efficiency and reliability matter.

At Syenergy Engineering Services, we’re developing interactive tools that bring building layouts, equipment, operational data, trends, and findings together in one visual environment, giving facility teams greater context when investigating issues and evaluating system performance.

Our work at Kaiser Enterprise headquarters is one example of what’s possible. By combining interactive 3D views with information from existing building automation systems, teams can better understand where equipment is located, what spaces it serves, and what operating conditions may require further investigation.

Our teams are bringing a little extra autumn cheer to the workplace, one festive decoration at a time!

At our Kaiser Enterprise headquarters in Michigan, two of our talented accounting team members put their creativity to work, transforming the second floor into a fall wonderland. Meanwhile, at our Kentucky facility, Rachel brought the same seasonal spirit to the building's entrance with festive fall decorations!

🌟 Join our One Turn-Key Team! 🌟 Kais-AIR® is hiring a full-time mechanical proposals engineer in Holly, Michigan!

This role will support the development of accurate cost estimates for custom mechanical equipment and modular systems serving industrial and mission-critical markets, including air handling units, dehumidification systems, electrical skids, and data center infrastructure. The position involves collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams to evaluate project requirements, coordinate vendor pricing, and develop customer proposals.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience), 1–5 years of relevant experience, and strong technical drawing interpretation, Excel, and cost analysis skills.

Experience with custom HVAC equipment, modular systems, or data center infrastructure is preferred.
