Now hiring for full-time Crew Leader. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and dependable worker, focused on providing exceptional service. They will have a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a truck with trailer. Previous lawn and landscape experience is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise, train and assign work for a 2-3 man crew in an efficient manner
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly job site
• Operate all job related equipment at a proficient level (including, but not limited to mowers, w**d eaters, aerators, blowers, skid steers)
• Perform minor preventative maintenance on all equipment
• Document and record all work performed
• Effectively communicate with customers, employees, management and vendors
• Work closely with Company Owner/Operator
• Maintain productivity in order to meet or exceed company timelines and budgets
Prerequisites:
• Must be able to lift 50-100lbs
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills

Locally owned landscape company has immediate positions for full time crew members. Successful candidate MUST have a valid Driver's License, and reliable transportation to and from work. Mowing and w**deating experience is preferred. A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
