Brought this courtyard back to life!!!!

Im sure the flagstone looked great when it was installed but it was time for a change. Everything was settling, mortar was failing and after removing all the stone we realized everything was laid on just a couple inches of screenings.

We removed the existing base excavated a few more inches, installed proper base and this beautiful tumbled, Venetian pavers.

Knocked out some landscaping. Nice change of pace from our normal hardscape work.

Cleaned up all these beds, put a nice spade edge around 13 trees and 3 other beds. Then put down 10 yards of mulch.

We tore out the existing wall the previous homeowners installed and put in this beautiful Rosetta Belvedere wall....

We've been so busy lately, we haven't been keeping up with posting all our projects.

Heres a beautiful patio we installed in New Town a few months ago. Over 1000 sfqt of paver gives our clients so much room to entertain and enjoy their outdoor space.

Our client was having problems with standing water and water getting in through the windows on heavy rains.

We removed everything, got it down to bare dirt and started fresh. Installed windows wells, buried the downspouts, brought in top soil to correct the grade, installed edging along the property line and finished it off with some new decorative rock.

About 180' of drain pipe for 3 downspouts, installed 6 window wells, and graded 4 yards of top soil on the side of the house. Going to finish it up with some edging and decorative rock in the morning.

Flagstone has been a material we haven't used in a while, making it a pleasant change. It was complemented by Bella border edging and a rosetta belvedere fire pit.
