We are a family owned company with 50+ years of success. We have communities in Troy, Moscow Mills and Wright City, MO. Cannon Builders has several floor plans to choose from with pricing starting in the $190's. We can build with our plans on our land or build your plans and your land. We are within USDA guidelines so you can use loans with 100% financing and zero money down. Cannon Builders is a 3-generation strong family owned business that has been helping other families and individuals be able to live the American Dream for 50+ years.
